The Primary Contact is responsible for tuition payments and late fees until a Dance Studio Withdrawal Form is turned in to the Dance Studio office,

regardless of attendance. If you are no longer taking classes, you will still be held responsible for monthly tuition until the withdrawal form is turned in to the studio office.

There will be NO refunds on costumes, travel, competition, convention, and theatrical fees at ANY time & NO adjustments in tuition....Makeup classes are only accepted within 30 days and if we close for a specific reason!


Tuition is due the 1st of every month, and considered

late after the 3rd...

A $35.00 late fee will be applied.

Dress code is STRICTLY enforced in the studio. If a student is found to not be within dress code, they will not be allowed to attend class, nor observe. Adjustments with tuition and refunds are not given. If you are registered and attend for partial, your class will be $25 per class.

DANCE STUDIO WITHDRAWAL FORM

How to Sew and Tie Ballet Pointe Shoes

This is a step by step documentary about how to prepare and sew new pointe shoes, for ballet. I am aware that there are many other ways to do these procedures, but this is just how I do it....

Ballet:

Pink footed tights, black leotard, pink canvas/leather ballet slippers, hair in a neat bun, NO underwear under your tights! Black skirts acceptable.

Men/boys black jazz pants, or heavy weight tights, black canvas/leather ballet shoes & mask covering the mouth & nose.



Tap or Jazz:

Black leggings/jazz pants/Tights close fitting shirt, hair away from face, black jazz shoes, black tap shoes & mask covering the mouth & nose.


Hip Hop:

NO black sole shoes, loose comfy clothing, NO Jeans, hair away from face.

& mask covering the mouth & nose.


Team:

All black dance attire, no print, w/proper shoes for the dance style. Hair up, no jewelry, black dance shorts/leggings/tights, form fitting shirts/crop tops only. & mask covering the mouth & nose.


Swing/Tango/Irish Dance:

Comfy clothing,NO black sole shoes & mask covering the mouth & nose.


Contemporary/Lyrical

Loose or form fitting pants, close fitted shirts, foot undies/bare feet, no bare midriff's, hair away from face. & mask covering the mouth & nose.

Princess/Prince Ballet:

Pink ballet shoes, leotard in any color with detachable skirt, pink footed tights, hair up in a neat bun. Tiara, wand, tutus are optional. Males: Same as regular ballet & mask covering the mouth & nose.

Adult Classes:

Comfy clothing, hair up, no dangling jewelry, black or tan dance shoes (jazz/ballet/tap) Due to the safety of our dancers & instructor's, no dangling, sharp, distracting jewelry, hats, or hair attire at ANYTIME! & mask covering the mouth & nose.

We reserve the right to cancel, or postpone any class at any time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, for your safety, you will not be allowed to take class.

If you arrive more than 8 minutes late, for your safety, you will not be allowed to take class. Classes are not solely based on age. If a student is more advanced than their age group, they will be moved into classes accordingly;

At the instructors discretion.

Under no circumstances will there be REFUNDS and/or ADJUSTMENTS in tuition, costumes, registration, etc. for ANY reason. Once a private lesson is booked, it is considered paid for & all Cancellations MUST be within 24 hours.
